Eviivo Frontdesk is simple to use, even though it includes many of the features you would find in a large hotel property system.
It is managed through a simple interface which looks just like a paper-based booking diary. But, because it’s on your computer, you can do so much more at the click of a button.
With Eviivo Frontdesk, you can take walk-in bookings, phone bookings and bookings via your website. Bookings that come through the online system are automatically added. You can also instantly add, change, move, cancel or transfer bookings between guests. It is all done easily. If you can drive a car, you can drive this.
You set the rate for every room or package. Seasonal, wholesale, retail, last minute and promotional rates can all be accommodated. And it’s no problem to change the rates or add special, short-term offers.
Rooms and packages
Eviivo Frontdesk lets you sell different room configurations, combinations and packages. You can offer individual rooms, interconnecting rooms, family suites, as well as special packages.
Your cashflow will improve because online bookings made direct to you from your website are automatically deposited in your bank account when the booking is made.
Eviivo Frontdesk automatically sends an email confirmation to your customer. You don’t have to do a thing.
Phone and walk-in bookings
For bookings that come in by phone or over the desk, you just add them to Eviivo Frontdesk. Those extra bookings are automatically synchronised on your website and at the Tourism Exchange. That means all your bookings – and availability - are always right up to date and there’s no confusion or risk of double booking. And there is NO SUCCESS FEE applied to bookings made over the counter, via the phone, or fax.
Check-in is a very simple process, and the system allows you track expenses and guest charges, process payments and manage guest requirements.
